Serving as the direct mail consultant for Lone Star Rising, the pro-Talarico super PAC, we targeted high-propensity primary voters with Talarico’s values-based messaging, underscored by an electability contrast. Late polling showed that this strategy worked: voters held very positive views of both candidates, but ultimately chose the one they thought had a better chance of winning the seat in November.
